Open any screener to find a bell icon at the top-right for adding alerts and a bookmark icon next to it, as shown below. 

Selecting these options will add the screener to your bookmark list, and alerts will be sent to you regarding any updates or changes to the screener. The icon changes, as shown below, to indicate that the screener has been successfully added to your bookmarks or alert list.
